At this time, ColorDMD Displays LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, ColorDMD Displays LLC ships merchandise to Canada, and to most international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Due to the value of our products, all shipments from ColorDMD Displays require a signature to confirm delivery and protect against loss.

ColorDMD Displays LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

All ColorDMD display devices carry a limited 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects.  This warranty covers replacement or repair of defective ColorDMD driver boards and cables.  This warranty does not apply to LCD screens (see below).  For a period of 60 days from original date of purchase, ColorDMD Displays LLC will repair or replace defective ColorDMD driver boards or cables and will pay for all labor and materials.  After 60 days, and up to 1 year from date of purchase, ColorDMD Displays LLC will repair or replace defective ColorDMD driver boards or cables for a service charge not to exceed $100. 

LCD screens are not covered by this warranty but we may be able to assist you in obtaining a replacement.  The screens we use are standard computer parts and available from a number of sources.

Please contact ColorDMD Displays LLC to request warranty service and obtain an RMA number.  No shipment for warranty service will be accepted without an accompanying RMA number.  Customer is responsible for all costs of shipping items to ColorDMD Displays LLC for warranty service.

Damaged or defective products purchased from ColorDMD Displays LLC may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please contact ColorDMD Displays LLC by email immediately to resolve your issue. Items damaged during shipping may require that you also file a claim with the shipper.

Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price of the item.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  If a return shipment is required, ColorDMD Displays LLC will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping.  No return shipment will be accepted without an accompanying RMA number.

Customer is responsible for the cost of returning items to ColorDMD Displays LLC, unless agreed upon beforehand by ColorDMD Displays LLC.  Items must be returned in the same condition and packaging as shipped.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:  Please note the required game ROM version and language mode listed for each product, and make sure that this matches the game ROM used in your game. The ColorDMD display works by recognizing video frames as they are generated by the game and sent to the display.  Running a different game ROM version may yield unexpected or degraded results. Similarly, the ColorDMD display will only work correctly when running the game in the specified language mode since different languages will alter the displayed text in a way that may not be recognized by the driver board.

SCREEN POLICY:  Our LCD screens are manufactured by LG/Philips and AU Optronics, and acquired through third-party resellers. Our panels are selected for electrical characteristics, brightness, contrast, field of view, and overall quality. We use a variety of compatible LCD panels, and the panels shipped with your order may vary by manufacturer, model, and surface treatment (glossy/matte) depending on available stock at the time of manufacture. During assembly, all our displays are visually inspected for quality prior to shipping.  We do not guarantee or warranty the LCD screens used in our displays.  Because they are standard computer parts, replacements can be obtained through eBay or other sources.  Please contact us if you need assistance identifying a suitable replacement screen.

FUTURE PRODUCTS:  We make no representation, guarantee, or warranty that any ColorDMD product sold through our site, or through our distributors, will support or be compatible with any future product, product enhancement, or feature released by ColorDMD Displays LLC.
